The City of Phoenix Aviation Department (Aviation) anticipates issuing a Revenue Contract Solicitation (RCS) for On-demand Ground Transportation Services at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport in 2016. This is the 1st of 3 meetings Aviation is conducting to provide an overview of the RCS process for interested business entities.
